Dunamu's Stockplus launches ChatGPT-powered AI service
By
Lee Min-hyung, The Korea Times - Stockplus, a stock investment platform
operated by Dunamu, has introduced an interactive artificial intelligence (AI)
chatbot service using ChatGPT that allows investors to receive real-time
investment information more accurately.
Dunamu, the company operating Korea's largest cryptocurrency Upbit, said investors can now gain access to key investment-related information with more ease by using the service called Woody. Investors no longer have to search for news and visit various platforms to find the information they need, according to the company.
For
instance, they can simply ask Woody for a summary of business reports of a
certain company and save time looking for information before making
investments. Any Stockplus user can access the service.
Stockplus
plans to keep updating the service and offer customized question guidelines to
each user. When users take a look at information about a certain stock, Woody
will automatically create a list of recommended questions on the stock, so
investors can gather up-to-date information more easily.
As
most AI chatbots deliver diverse answers to a certain keyword and the sentence
structure of a question, Woody's question guideline service will enable
investors to gain more accurate information faster, according to Dunamu.
"Woody
will help investors reduce their burden of searching everywhere to secure
certain information," a spokesman at Dunamu said.
Stockplus
is a total investment solution application with 6.3 million cumulative
downloads. Securities transactions worth more than 200 trillion won have so far
been made through the platform.
