Christina Ahn is a Client Partner at Korn Ferry where she leads the Global Consumer Market in Seoul. As a core member of the Korea leadership team, she works closely with local and multinational clients across a diverse range of industries including consumer, FMCG, luxury/retail, professional services and education sector.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christina served at another global executive search firm where she launched the Korea office as the Managing Director in Seoul. Christina brings a strong talent consultancy background. Having lived and worked in the U.S. and multiple cities across Asia, Christina brings a global and inclusive perspective to leadership talent selection and management.

Hyesun Kim, Director and Head of Government Affairs, Public Policy, and Compliance, Korea, HP

Hyesun Kim is a Director and Head of Government Affairs, Public Policy and Compliance in Korea at HP, and develops the government engagement strategy to promote business growth and to ensure compliance for HP Korea and HP Printing Korea. She is dedicated to ensuring the brand and values of HP are recognized and encouraging government investments into HP in Korea. With a regional capacity, Hyesun leads sustainability policy work for the Asia Pacific and Japan Region.

Externally, she is the Vice President of the Korea Office-Machine Industry Association (KOIA). As an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she has been serving as a Co-chair of Women's Leadership Committee at AmCham Korea since March 2023.

Namju Cho, Director of Communications & Marketing, Dulwich College Seoul

Namju Cho is the Director of Communications and Marketing at Dulwich College Seoul, where she oversees all branding, marketing, and communication activities to support the school’s mission of inspiring global citizens to make a positive difference in the world. Under her leadership, Namju has helped raise Dulwich’s overall visibility and contributed to the school being at full capacity with waitlists throughout most year groups.

During her 28 years of storytelling experience, Namju has consistently been a trailblazing champion of women's rights and advocate for underserved communities. She was the first Korean national and woman to be named staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal’s Seoul bureau. She advocated for survivors of human trafficking and modern-day slavery, during which time she became the first Korean American woman to serve on the Women’s Health Council under California’s health services agency.

Jay-Son (JS) Yang, Foreign Attorney, Yulchon LLC

Jay-Son (JS) Yang is a foreign attorney at Yulchon, LLC. Prior to Yulchon, Ms. Yang worked for Citibank Korea Inc. where she handled a wide range of corporate legal issues mainly in areas of corporate governance, financial regulations, and internal controls. Ms. Yang also advised on HR matters in such areas as employee relations, HR policies and internal investigations, as well as handling HR-related disputes and litigation. Ms. Yang has also represented foreign financial institutions in Korea in communicating with regulators to further legal advocacy and enhance the regulatory environment in Korea. From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Yang served as president of the In- House Counsel Forum, a nation-wide association of more than 2,000 corporate counsels in Korea. In 2021, Ms. Yang was appointed as a member of the Financial Development Deliberation Council, which is the advisory board of the Financial Services Commission.

Nina Kim, Foreign Attorney, Yulchon LLC

Nina H. Kim is a foreign attorney in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Ms. Kim has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions and projects, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both inbound and outbound), corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Throughout her career, Ms. Kim has advised clients in many high-profile transactions, including capital investments made by foreign companies in Korea in various industries, including in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and automobile sectors. She represents corporate and institutional clients in transactions and projects, including advising multi-national companies and global private equity funds in complex transactions with major Korean businesses and conglomerates, such as Samsung, SK Chemicals and Hyundai and leading Korean pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Ms. Kim counsels foreign clients, whom she has advised from the start of their initial investments in their Korean businesses, with on-going operational issues, including compliance, regulatory and commercial matters.

Soojung Lee, Foreign Attorney, Yulchon LLC

Soojung Lee is a foreign attorney admitted in California (2003), and the Deputy Head of Yulchon’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lee advises both domestic and foreign multinational companies in relation to all manner of labor and employment matters in Korea, including workforce reduction, employee and executive termination, sexual and non-sexual harassment claims, collective labor relations, discrimination, use of non-regular workers, and general employment-law compliance.
