Christina Ahn is a Client Partner at Korn Ferry where she leads the Global Consumer Market in Seoul. As a core member of the Korea leadership team, she works closely with local and multinational clients across a diverse range of industries including consumer, FMCG, luxury/retail, professional services and education sector.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Christina served at another global executive search firm where she launched the Korea office as the Managing Director in Seoul. Christina brings a strong talent consultancy background. Having lived and worked in the U.S. and multiple cities across Asia, Christina brings a global and inclusive perspective to leadership talent selection and management.
Janice Mo is the Country President of LINA General Insurance, a Chubb Company, in Korea.
Since joining Chubb in 2014 as the Head of Commercial Property & Casualty Division, she has successfully transformed the P&C business line into a profitable and efficient organization, playing a pivotal role as a 'Paradigm Shifter' positioning Chubb as a key player in the Korean P&C insurance market. Additionally, she demonstrated excellence in channel management through genuine relationships and successfully restructured the organization to be more efficient and productive. As a result, she took on responsibilities not only for the P&C business but also for the Claims Division and corporate strategy, ultimately leading to her current position.
Hyesun Kim is a Director and Head of Government Affairs, Public Policy and Compliance in Korea at HP, and develops the government engagement strategy to promote business growth and to ensure compliance for HP Korea and HP Printing Korea. She is dedicated to ensuring the brand and values of HP are recognized and encouraging government investments into HP in Korea. With a regional capacity, Hyesun leads sustainability policy work for the Asia Pacific and Japan Region.
Externally, she is the Vice President of the Korea Office-Machine Industry Association (KOIA). As an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she has been serving as a Co-chair of Women's Leadership Committee at AmCham Korea since March 2023.
Helena Chon is Chief Financial Officer of AIA Korea. Helena joined AIA Korea in January 2013. She has served in senior leadership roles across Finance and Propositions, including as Chief Actuary and Chief Propositions Officer of AIA Korea. Helena has over 24 years of working experience in the insurance industry, and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Korea and Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Helena holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Seoul National University.
With over two decades of experience in financial analysis, capital planning, and investment management, Shinyoung has made significant contributions to the financial sector. Starting her career at Korean Reinsurance Company, she excelled in business performance analysis and investor relations, developing strategic plans to enhance market share in the global reinsurance industry.
Adele is experienced insurance operations and technology executive, with a practical experience in customer focus, operations efficiency, risk management, process improvement, transformation, automation and data analytics.
Adele currently leads Korea Customer Service & Operations.
