Hye Young Lee joined BMS Korea as General Manager since August 2022.

Before joining BMS, she worked at Viatris Korea as Country Manager since November 2020 and she served at Pfizer for 20 years with various roles, including Upjohn Korea General Manager, Singapore Country Manager, Asia Pacific Regional Cardiovascular Lead, as well as experience in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Development & Clinical Research. Prior to Pfizer, she worked at Roche & Choongwae in R&D functions.

During her 25 years of industry experience, she has driven growth in business with passion on transforming patients lives through science and innovation. She worked in multiple countries with people of various cultural background.

She is now serving as BOD of KRPIA (Korea Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association) and previously as BOD of SAPI (Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industry).

She holds a bachelor’s degree of science with major in Pharmacy from the Seoul National University and a Master of Business Administration from the Korea University.​
