    EVENT DESCRIPTION
Following the successful implementation of IFRS17, Korea's insurance industry is entering a new phase focused on optimization, regulatory coherence, and long-term sustainability.

This luncheon meeting will bring together industry participants and policy expert to discuss key lessons learned since IFRS17 implementation, the evolving regulatory landscape, and considerations for future refinement of regulatory measures introduced during the transition period.

The session will explore how Korea can continue to balance policyholder protection, financial soundness, and market competitiveness as the post-IFRS17 framework matures. Particular attention will be given to the interaction among IFRS17, K-ICS, capital management, and related regulatory measures, including recent discussions surrounding the cash surrender value reserve framework.

The discussion is intended to provide a constructive and forward-looking exchange of perspectives on the next stage of regulatory development in Korea's insurance sector.
