    Breaking Ceilings, Building Ladders

    This interactive workshop is designed to inspire both personal transformation and collective impact. Participants will explore how to identify role models, challenge limiting expectations, and build actionable pathways for their own growth. At the same time, the session will focus on breaking organizational barriers and creating pathways for others through mentorship, advocacy, and inclusive practices. Through guided discussions, participants will move beyond awareness toward practical, action-oriented change, empowering individual growth and broader impact.

With extensive leadership experience spanning executive search, corporate communications, and marketing across global firms like GSK Korea and Hill & Knowlton, she specializes in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), leadership development, and women’s talent empowerment. Dr. You also serves as a DEI Expert for the Gyeonggi Women & Family Foundation and is an accomplished author of multiple books on career burnout, workplace equality, and executive coaching.
