How AI Is Powering the Next Generation of Global Talent
DESCRIPTION
As Korean companies expand their business in the US across industries from semiconductors to consumer goods to financial services, the ability to build organizations that can operate and compete globally has never been more critical. Central to that challenge is AI and how companies are adopting it not just as a tool, but as the foundation for how they develop talent, scale teams, and grow across borders.
Building on the momentum of Korea's expanding global footprint, this event will explore how leading Korean companies are leveraging AI to accelerate their global growth and build workforces that are ready for the world stage. The Seminar will bring together C-suite executives, HR leaders, and business decision-makers from AMCHAM member companies and Korea's most globally ambitious organizations.
Particular attention will be given to how AI is reshaping talent development and organizational capability as Korean companies scale internationally, including real-world cases from companies already putting AI-first strategies into practice. Discussions will also explore the role of AI literacy as a core business competency, and what it takes for organizations to build teams that can truly perform on a global stage.
Through keynote presentations and a fireside chat, the Seminar aims to foster practical dialogue among business leaders on the strategies, tools, and mindset shifts needed to build globally competitive, AI-ready organizations.
