    EVENT DESCRIPTION
On Tuesday, May 12, AMCHAM will host a special seminar featuring distinguished experts from Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) on the rapidly evolving compliance landscape in Korea. This session will provide AMCHAM members with practical, business-oriented insights into major paradigm shifts in Korean corporate compliance, with a particular focus on the ACP framework, expanding discovery mechanisms, and the constitutional complaint procedures.

The speakers will examine how these developments are reshaping corporate governance, internal investigations, dispute exposure, and regulatory risk management. The session will also offer strategic recommendations to help companies strengthen compliance systems, prepare for potential enforcement and litigation risks, and align executive decision-making with Korea’s increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.

*All Sessions will be conducted in Korean. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
