    About the Speakers

    • [Presenter/Moderator] Karren Koo, Managing Director, Google Customer Solutions Korea
      Karren Koo joined Google in April 2021 and holds a position of Managing Director of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Korea. Karren helps small and medium businesses who use Google's ad products to grow their online presence and advance their digital business. Karren also develops the digital ads ecosystem in Korea by collaborating with various marketing agencies, ad tech partners, creators, multi-channel networks, and so on. As one of the registered executives of Google Korea (AMCHAM Korea membership company), Karren is newly appointed as a co-chair of AMCHAM marketing committee during 2025~2026.

    • [Panelist] Jungshik Jang, CTO, Yanolja Cloud
      Jungshik Jang is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Yanolja Cloud, where he leads the global technology for enterprise solutions focused on AI-driven travel technology, a key strategic direction for Yanolja. He is also dedicated to fostering technological synergy across Yanolja's various group member companies.

      Jungshik joined Yanolja, a company aiming to become a Global Travel Tech Company, in August 2023 as the Head of Infrastructure. In 2024, he was appointed CTO of the Yanolja Platform, the consumer-facing platform, leading its technical division. He transitioned to his current role as CTO of Yanolja Cloud in 2025.

    • [Panelist] Ki-sung Chi, Country Director, Google Cloud Korea
      Ki-sung joined Google in September 2021 and built the SAP Practice APAC. He was responsible for the SAP business in India, Australia and New Zealand, Greater China, Korea and South East Asia.

      From February 2024 Ki-sung is leading Google Cloud Korea as the Country Director. He leads all revenue and go-to-market operations for Google Cloud Korea.

      Prior to joining Google Ki-sung was the Head of the Strategic Customer Program in Asia Pacific Japan (including ANZ, India, Japan, Korea and South East Asia) at SAP. Kisung started his career at Siemens as an International Trainee.

      Ki-sung holds a Diploma of Computer Science from JW Goethe University in Frankfurt.
