    EVENT DESCRIPTION
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a comprehensive approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks across an entire organization. Unlike traditional risk management, which often focuses on specific departments and delegates decision-making to division heads—potentially leading to siloed evaluations—ERM takes an integrated perspective. It considers the collective impact of risks on the organization's overall objectives, ensuring a more strategic and coordinated response.

    Why ERM Matters:
    • Holistic Risk Management: ERM provides a comprehensive view of risks, enabling better decision-making and strategic planning
    • Improved Communication: It fosters open communication about risks across all levels of the organization, promoting a risk-aware culture
    • Enhanced Resilience: By proactively managing risks, organizations can better withstand unexpected events and disruptions
    • Opportunity Identification: ERM not only focuses on mitigating risks but also on identifying opportunities that risks might unveil

In today's rapidly changing business environment, ERM is crucial for ensuring continuity, sustainability, and long-term success.
