    See It, Believe It, Build It
    Breaking Ceilings, Building Ladders

    This interactive workshop is designed to inspire both personal transformation and collective impact. Participants will explore how to identify role models, challenge limiting expectations, and build actionable pathways for their own growth. At the same time, the session will focus on breaking organizational barriers and creating pathways for others through mentorship, advocacy, and inclusive practices. Through guided discussions, participants will move beyond awareness toward practical, action-oriented change, empowering individual growth and broader impact.

    About the Speaker
    • Janice (Jae-Kyung) Mo, Country President, LINA General Insurance, A Chubb Company

      Janice Mo is the Country President of LINA General Insurance, a Chubb Company, in Korea.

      Since joining Chubb in 2014 as the Head of Commercial Property & Casualty Division, she has successfully transformed the P&C business line into a profitable and efficient organization, playing a pivotal role as a 'Paradigm Shifter' positioning Chubb as a key player in the Korean P&C insurance market. Additionally, she demonstrated excellence in channel management through genuine relationships and successfully restructured the organization to be more efficient and productive. As a result, she took on responsibilities not only for the P&C business but also for the Claims Division and corporate strategy, ultimately leading to her current position.
    • Minah Lee, Virtual Vehicle Lead, GM Technical Center Korea / President, SWE (The Society of Women Engineers) Korea

      Minah Lee is a Virtual Vehicle Lead at General Motors, part of the Virtual Vehicle Model Process Team based at the Bupyeong New Tech Center. Minah leads virtual vehicle integration for a vehicle program, coordinating across vehicle development and process operations. With expertise in the virtual vehicle domain, Minah contributes to cross-functional execution within the organization. Minah also serves as President of SWE Korea, supporting diversity and inclusion in engineering and cross-industry engagement.
    • Jae-Kyoung You, CEO & Founder, NAVI & Partners

      Jae-Kyoung You (Ph.D.) is the CEO & Founder of NAVI & Partners, an Adjunct Professor at Kookmin University Graduate School, and an Expert Advisor at Dale Carnegie Korea. With extensive leadership experience spanning executive search, corporate communications, and marketing across global firms like GSK Korea and Hill & Knowlton, she specializes in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), leadership development, and women’s talent empowerment. Dr. You also serves as a DEI Expert for the Gyeonggi Women & Family Foundation and is an accomplished author of multiple books on career burnout, workplace equality, and executive coaching.
