The five-day course provides a comprehensive overview of vaccinology starting with fundamentals in epidemiology and immunology and moving from concepts and issues related to vaccine discovery, development, and introduction. The course is a combination of lectures and interactive case studies that are presented and facilitated by international experts from academia, industry, and global public health.
IVI’s Vaccinology Course is open to all applicants working in the field of vaccinology. It is recommended that applicants have a background in vaccines and/or vaccination. The working language of the course is English. No translations or interpretations will be provided.
