AMCHAM Taxation Committee Meeting
DATE & TIME

Tuesday, April 11, 2023

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

VENUE

Yulchon LLC office (Parnas Tower, Conference Room (38th Fl.))

EVENT DESCRIPTION
As much as we may hope for the perfect tax audit with little or no assessed tax and no suspensions, extensions, or disruptive information requests, experience has taught us that tax auditors are aggressive, impatient, and often well-prepared. In Korea, they are known to never walk away empty-handed, and transfer pricing is usually where they focus their attention. AMCHAM’s taxation committee cordially invites you to a panel discussion featuring transfer pricing experts sharing recent trends and their insider views on the effectiveness of APA and MAP to prevent double taxation in a TP context.
