Cheeyoung Lee is newly appointed as the General Manager of P&G Korea as of June 2022. Lee joined P&G Korea in 2000 as brand manager of Marketing Department. She has led the growth of P&G brands, with vast experience in brand strategy and marketing of various P&G brands in key markets of Asia Pacific region such as Korea, Japan, Singapore and China. Particularly, as an APAC Fabric Homecare business leader, she successfully executed the plan to launch Downy fabric enhancer in the Korean market and contributed to the growth of Downy and Febreze, brands that have continued to position as #1 in the categories. She has been leading the marketing organization at P&G Korea since 2021.
Lee has a passion for ‘Sustainable Innovation’ and ‘GloCal (Localization of global products)’, as well as for ‘Global Talent Cultivation’. She will lead P&G Korea by providing various innovative products of global P&G to fit the needs of fast-changing consumers, channels and market, while focusing on discovering, cultivating Korea’s outstanding talents and helping them to become global talents. In addition, under her leadership, P&G Korea plans to continue its role as a corporate citizen, including equality and inclusion, environmental sustainability, and support for disaster relief and socially marginalized communities.
Hyeonsuk Ye serves as Chief Communications Officer and Sustainability Leader for P&G Korea. Prior to her current role, she was Senior External Relations and Communications Director and Sustainability Leader in the organization.
Hyeonsuk joined P&G in 2001 and graduated from Ewha Womans University.
