Mr. Marcel Malan serves as the Head of Group IT Operations for AIA the world’s largest individual life insurance company as well as General Manager of AIA Digital+ Malaysia and Philippines. Under his leadership are the following functions:
1. Cyber and Information Security capability
2. Group IT Operations across Cloud, Data Center, End User and Network Services
3. AIA’s Media services capability
4. Group Applications across the corporate services spectrum.
5. Infrastructure Architecture and Delivery
6. IT Finance Architecture and Delivery
DongHoon Seo is the Chief Technology Officer of AIA Korea and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
DongHoon joined AIA Korea as CTO/CISO/CPO in August 2023. He joined AIA from Chubb Life Korea where he oversaw their IT and Operations, while also serving as the company’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Prior to joining Chubb, DongHoon successfully implemented a global-first next-generation system based on Model Driven Architecture in Prudential of Korea.
With a mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more, Kumsun Kim provides legal support to Microsoft’s enterprise business in Korea, focusing on supporting its customers with their digital transformation journey. Her main job is to help customers better understand the Microsoft Cloud through the lenses of cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory compliance. As adoption of cutting-edge digital technology such as AI and IoT requires a careful understanding of the technology, customer’s needs and circumstances, as well as the legal and regulatory environment, Kumsun Kim frequently engages customers’ legal and compliance teams to enhance mutual learning when she’s not negotiating cloud computing transactions with them. Prior to Microsoft, she worked at law firms in Korea, where she managed privacy, software license, copyright related matters and M&A transactions.
Wontae Jun is CMO of MetLife Korea, joining MetLife in September 2019. He is responsible for Korea Marketing. He is a member of MetLife Korea Leadership Team.
Wontae is a Marketing expert with abundant experiences across diverse industries. Prior to joining MetLife, Wontae worked as senior executive/CMO for global & local leading companies like McDonald’s, SK Planet (Korea’s No.1 Telecom & Internet company) and SPC Group (Korea’s No. 1 Bakery Retail) for almost 10 years.
EY Chang is the Head of Information Security Division of Citibank Korea, as CISO from 2021 and apart from the primary responsibility, EY also takes a significant interaction with regulators.
Prior to her current role, EY was the Head of Technology Planning and Transformation covering Strategy, Architecture, Quality Control, Risk Management, Finance Control, Procurement Management and Transformation Project, on top of managing Data Insight & Event Services with Bigdata Analytics Systems and Applications.
