Young Professionals Program
Launched in late 2024, the Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an AMCHAM Korea initiative created for talented individuals in their 20s and 30s (ages 39 and under) who aspire to become global leaders. YPP members gain access to AMCHAM’s extensive network of industry executives, policymakers, and experts, and enjoy opportunities to build their professional network, learn from global business and policy trends, and develop the leadership skills needed to succeed in a connected world.
While YPP is not a job placement or recruitment program, it offers a valuable platform for professional growth, cross-industry learning, and meaningful engagement within the AMCHAM community. By bringing together ambitious young professionals from diverse fields, AMCHAM is cultivating a dynamic community that will help shape the future of international business and strengthen U.S.–Korea relations.
