ARTICLE IV

Section 1. FEES, DUES, AND ASSESSMENTS
Fees and dues may be charged as provided for in the By-Laws. Any change of fees or dues, or levy of assessments, shall require ratification by the affirmative vote of the majority of the Board of Governors at a duly held meeting at which a quorum is present and/or via email (or other forms of generally accepted business communication).
Section 2. SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS, LIQUIDATION OR DISSOLUTION
If, upon suspension of Chamber operations, or liquidation or dissolution of the Chamber, there shall remain, after satisfaction of its debts and obligations, any property whatsoever, such property together with all important records shall be placed in custody of an agency of the United States Government or other entity which the Board of Governors may select and after which the Board of Governors shall be dissolved.
