  MESSAGE FROM CO-CHAIRS

    Dear AMCHAM members,

M&A insurance continues to grow at speed throughout Asia-Pacific; AMCHAM Insurance Committee saw an increase of over 200% on Asia transactions in 2015 compared to 2014. And, growth of M&A transaction will be accelerated by new M&A deregulation so-called “One-shot Act”, which takes effect in this August, aimed to streamline the process in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions by bypassing various commerce, tax, and antitrust regulation. Join us as Lucy discusses how the use of warranty and indemnity insurance has taken off in recent times, and, in particular, its increased use on transactions in the growing M&A market in Korea.
Key takeaways:
- Overview of product and its use
- Reasons for growth
- Overview of process
- Claims
