ARTICLE X |
|
| |
Section 1. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Constitution shall take effect and be enforced immediately
upon adoption by the voting membership of the Chamber at a meeting
duly called for that purpose or by written ballot. |

Section 2. CONVERSION OF MEMBERSHIPS
All membership in the Chamber existing on the date of the adoption
of this Constitution shall be converted by action of the Board
of Governors to appropriate classes hereunder except as provided
in Section 3 of this Article X. |

| |
Section 3. NATIONALITY REQUIREMENTS
Nationality requirements herein contained shall not apply to
COMPANY or INDIVIDUAL membership and to voting rights in existence
on the date of the adoption of this Constitution as long as
said COMPANY and INDIVIDUAL memberships are uninterrupted and
are in good standing. |
