ARTICLE IV |
|

Section 1. FEES, DUES, AND ASSESSMENTS
Fees and dues may be charged as provided for in the By-Laws.
Any change of fees or dues, or levy of assessments, will require
ratification by two-thirds of those voting members present at
a regularly called meeting. Alternatively, changes may be voted
on and verified by secret written ballot by two-thirds of those
voting members returning their ballots in lieu of or in addition
to a meeting. |

Section 2. SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS,
LIQUIDATION OR DISSOLUTION
If, upon suspension of Chamber operations, or liquidation or
dissolution of the Chamber, there shall remain, after satisfaction
of its debts and obligations, any property whatsoever, such
property together with all important records shall be placed
in custody of an agency of the United States Government or other
entity which the Board of Governors may select and after which
the Board of Governors will be dissolved. |
